QAD Solution
If you are using withholding tax in Brazil, you must set the Allow Tax Included field to No in Tax Rate Maintenance for withholding tax types.
Note: You indicate that a tax type is used for withholding tax by selecting the Withholding Tax field in Tax Type Maintenance.
