Transmitting Unused Numbers
Use NFe Number Unuse (7.10.7.8) to generate an XML file of unused electronic nota fiscal numbers. NFe Number Unuse is a batch process that sends unused electronic nota fiscal numbers to a designated SEFAZ Web service.
The XML file is generated to the output directory configured in Site NFe Control Manut (7.10.7.15). The generated file name has the following format:
year (year of current date) + issuer's federal tax ID (CNPJ) + document model (55) + serial number + initial number + end number + .ped-inu.xml
When the XML file is exported and signed, send it to the SEFAZ Web service and wait for a response.
