Printing a Correction Letter
Use Correction Letter Print (7.10.7.18.3) to print correction letters authorized by SEFAZ. You can also reprint letters that were printed previously.
Correction Letter Print, Selection Criteria
Received Legal Document
Select Yes to print correction letters for notas fiscais that your company has received.
Select No to print correction letters for notas fiscais that your company has issued.
Type
Specify the type of correction letter to print. The default is to leave this field blank.
Issuer
Specify the ship-from code to print correction letters for notas fiscais from this issuer.
Legal Document Number
Specify the nota fiscal number or range of nota fiscal numbers for which you want to print correction letters.
Print/Reprint
Select Reprint to print correction letters that were printed previously.
Select Print to print correction letters that were not printed previously.
