Detailed Legal Document Report
Use the Detailed Legal Document report (7.10.7.4) to print details on notas fiscais. The report contains a high level of detail and includes information such as items, quantities, amounts, weights, tax types, tax codes, and IPI, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS tax amounts. The report also contains electronic nota fiscal details, if applicable, such as the access code and authorization, and the environment type used.
Detailed Legal Document Report, Selection Criteria
Legal Document Number
Specify the nota fiscal numbers for which you want to print details.
Ship-To
Specify the ship-to address for the nota fiscal.
Ship-From
Specify the ship-from address for the nota fiscal.
Shipper ID
Specify the shipper ID associated with the nota fiscal.
Posted
Select Yes to print details on notas fiscais posted to the general ledger.
Select No to print details on notas fiscais that have not been posted to the general ledger.
Printed
Select Yes to print details on notas fiscais that have been printed.
Select No to print details on notas fiscais that have not been printed.
Effective Date
Specify the effective date for the nota fiscal.
Print Tax Detail
Select Yes to print tax details.
