Transaction Comments in Native APIs
Any transaction comments in native APIs will be 0-based, so a cmtSeq value of 0 will show as Page 1 in QAD EA.For the maintainRouting API, for the transaction comments part, the API will automatically increase and by 1, then process the request. For example, the following content in the request xml will create a comment with page 1, and the content will be copied from master comment 1. <ttRoutingComment>
