Setting Permissions at a Granular Level
Although all users typically belong to at least one user group, a particular user might need access to another option in the Web UI.
Example: A user might belong to a group that has permission to create a shipment. However, this user also needs a specific permission to do an end of day manifest. You can grant this permission at a user level.
Permissions set at a more granular level take precedence. Therefore, a permission configured at user level overrides a permission configured for a user group.
