The Questionnaire check ensures that certain shipment requirements are fulfilled. The questions can take various formats. If any question fails or is unanswered, the questionnaire check fails. The compliance status of each individual question is indicated by a green check mark or red x. Only users with the appropriate permissions have access to the questionnaire.

Questionnaires that must be completed for each transaction are set up in the system. For example, why is this quantity of the item needed by the customer? Is the carrier C-TPAT certified?

The questions on all questionnaires must be answered correctly on each transaction and until then the questionnaire check remains in a failed status. When all questions are completed correctly, the questionnaire check status changes to passed.
