Germany — ATLAS AES 2.2
German regulations mandated changes to the customs system, ATLAS AES 2.2. German customs has certified PRECISION. The following changes were required:
• New Business validation rules to block sending declaration using deactivated EORI / BRANCH numbers.
• Inbound message DEXPFB has been changed as DEXPFC.
• New inbound message DEXPLA (Customs Export Control / inspection notification).
• New e-mail notification standard action point when DEXPLA Customs Export Control / inspection notification is received.
• Updated version codes for existing messages.
• Updated XSL files to include the branch code in the Web Preview of the Export declaration message.
US — AES — Export Control Reform — 600 series ECCN
The Export Control Reforms moves items from USML categories to Commerce Control List (CCL). This generated new ECCNs (known as 600 series) with specific AES filing requirements. This release addresses these requirements.
