Cancellation Policies

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a charge equal to 20% of your registration fee. Your room reservation will be released with no penalties. To cancel your registration and room reservation, please do so in writing (via email to: explore@qad.com) by 5:00 PM (PST), Friday, April 12, 2013, for a refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes. Cancellations received after 5:00 PM (PST) on April 12, 2013, or no-shows are subject to the full 100% registration and 100% room reservation cost (no refunds). Substitutions are welcome but must also be submitted in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Training Class Cancellation Policy

Training class cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. To cancel your training class, please do so in writing (via email to: explore@qad.com) by 5:00 PM (PST), Wednesday, April 24, 2013, for a refund. Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes. Cancellations received after 5:00 PM (PST) on April 24, 2013, or no-shows are subject to the full 100% training cost (no refunds). Substitutions are welcome but must also be submitted in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
