QAD Acquires Livejourney, Enabling AI-based Process Intelligence

QAD has acquired Livejourney, a provider of a real-time process mining and predictive modeling solution designed to discover, monitor and improve business processes. With Livejourney’s product, we add a leading-edge process intelligence capability to our solutions suite. This will enable our customers to continuously obtain critical, data-driven insights into how their processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and general company operations are actually flowing and performing.

QAD customers will benefit from continuous improvement actions and value creation backed by process mining, monitoring and predictive modeling. Livejourney customers will benefit from QAD’s global presence, 24/7 support, and portfolio of ERP and supply chain solutions. The combination of Livejourney’s solution with QAD Adaptive Applications will deliver additional capability to enable the Adaptive Supply Chain and Adaptive Manufacturing Enterprise.
