Since joining QAD | Redzone in 2025, Sanjay has led one of the manufacturing industry’s most ambitious transformations, pioneering a new category of software that combines enterprise applications, connected workforces, and Champion AI to help manufacturers move from Systems of Record to AI-native Systems of Action. His vision is simple but profound: embed intelligence directly into the workflows that drive production, supply chains, and business performance.

For Sanjay, AI is not another technology cycle—it is the biggest shift manufacturing has seen in decades. His focus is on turning artificial intelligence into measurable outcomes: unlocking capacity, improving margins, strengthening resilience, and enabling manufacturers to adapt faster in an increasingly complex world.

He brings more than three decades of global leadership experience spanning software, technology, and industry. Prior to QAD | Redzone, Sanjay served as Chief Executive Officer of Software AG, where he led the company’s transformation into a modern, subscription-led SaaS business. Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at IBM, spearheading global initiatives in artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, and built deep operational expertise through leadership roles at PwC, FedEx, DSM, and Honda.

Having spent years alongside manufacturers—from factory floors and production lines to executive boardrooms—Sanjay believes that the next industrial revolution will not be defined by AI alone, but by organizations that successfully combine human ingenuity with machine intelligence. His perspective is grounded in a simple conviction: manufacturers do not lack ambition; they lack systems capable of keeping pace with the speed and complexity of modern industry.

Amit Sharma joined QAD as President of Manufacturing ERP. Amit joins QAD from SAP, where he served as Vice President of Product for Manufacturing Industries. Over a 20-year career spanning across 3 continents, he has been at the forefront of ERP innovation, launching and scaling modern cloud solutions for some of the world’s most complex manufacturing environments.

In his role, Amit defined SAP’s overall product strategy for discrete manufacturing, overseeing the long-term investments in product, Physical AI and Agentic AI initiatives, and led SAP’s critical industry partnerships with Nvidia and AWS. He also led the development and launch of the very first Industry focused AI Agents across SAP Industries.

Known for his ability to blend deep industry expertise with a relentless customer focus, Amit has built a reputation for helping manufacturers unlock efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage through technology. A strong advocate for customers, Amit will bring the velocity, innovations and quality into QAD’s product portfolio to deliver substantial outcomes for our customers.

Ken Fisher is the President of Redzone, driving the company's mission to transform the manufacturing industry by empowering frontlines. His team enhances current offerings while developing innovative tools to boost factory productivity. Ken’s leadership ensures Redzone’s solutions are aligned with the real-world needs of manufacturers, helping plants achieve goals across productivity, compliance, maintenance and culture. Since joining Redzone in 2016 as a Continuous Improvement Coach, Ken has leveraged his frontline experience to simplify work for factory teams and empower them to drive results. Prior to Redzone, he spent 20 years in manufacturing operations and lean transformation, and contributed to Villanova University’s Lean Six Sigma certification programs.

His focus is on turning supply chains into agile, customer-centric engines for growth and differentiation.

Rajeev brings over 24 years of global technology leadership experience spanning SaaS, PaaS, AI, and enterprise platforms, with a distinguished track record of building large-scale systems, transforming engineering organizations, and driving sustainable innovation.

At Freshworks, Rajeev led the Platform Engineering organization, steering the evolution of the Neo Foundational Platform, Marketplace, Data Platform and Developer Ecosystem — foundational platforms that power scalability, reliability, and extensibility across Freshworks’ global product suite. He led the seamless product innovation at scale, strengthened advancing the company’s AI-first transformation bringing innovative products to market in Analytics Insights and Developer Copilot.

Prior to Freshworks, Rajeev played a pivotal role at athenahealth, where he established and scaled the Platform Engineering teams as well as lead the Revenue Cycle Management Software. Under his leadership teams delivered AI-led Medical Coding and Knowledge Management platforms that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and business outcomes. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at BlackBerry and Good Technology, where he built global development teams and pioneered industry-first enterprise mobility and collaboration solutions.

Rajeev is widely recognized for his people-first leadership style, fostering high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams that blend innovation with executional excellence. With an AI-first mindset and deep passion for platform engineering, he continues to champion technology strategies that combine intelligence, scalability, and agility — enabling businesses to deliver exceptional customer and developer experiences worldwide.

Ron Davis is an engineering and product leader with over 15 years of experience turning bold ideas into thriving organizations. Currently, Ron is Chief AI Officer at QAD | Redzone, transforming manufacturing through agentic AI.

With a proven track record of building and scaling international engineering organizations, Ron has guided companies through M&A readiness and helped startups evolve into global platforms. Their approach blends business strategy with deep technical expertise and a people-first mindset, fostering cultures where innovation delivers measurable outcomes.

Kara Bellamy started at QAD in 2004, but her first introduction to ERP was through an industry client while working as an accountant at Ernst & Young. She is currently responsible for all of QAD’s external reporting including consolidated U.S. GAAP and local statutory reporting, internal audit, customer operations and treasury operations.

Robin Colman joined QAD as Chief Operating Officer on September 1, 2025, bringing 15+ years of deep operational experience in transforming application and infrastructure software businesses - both in a public and private equity backed setting. Most recently, Robin served as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Transformation and Corporate Development at Software AG, where he spearheaded an ambitious SaaS and Subscription transformation, drove operational excellence and led a value creating M&A agenda, all with a relentless focus on customer value. Robin is a truly global executive, having lived and worked across North America, Europe and the Middle East, and prior to Software AG held various senior leadership positions at IBM and Premier Farnell.

John Lawlor is General Counsel for QAD | Redzone, where he leads the company's global legal strategy and operations. His career sits at the intersection of manufacturing and enterprise software, giving him a distinctive perspective on the challenges facing QAD | Redzone's customers and the opportunities to solve them. John began his career with direct exposure to manufacturing operations at semiconductor equipment manufacturer Axcelis Technologies before moving into enterprise software leadership as General Counsel for insightsoftware and JAGGAER. He brings that combined experience to bear in advancing QAD's mission to deliver the leading ERP and Connected Workforce AI platform for manufacturers.
