How do I Register for a QAD.com Account?

You may register from here or on the QAD Login screen. Check out this video (2:49) for more information.

I already registered, but I don’t remember my username or password.  

Go to the QAD Login screen to find the Forgot Password? or Forgot Username?

My contact information changed. What do I do?

Be sure to Update Your Profile to make sure your account remains active in our system. Learn how to update your QAD Web Account (3:23).

Why did I get an “Invalid Credentials” or “Locked Account” message?

1. You just registered for a new account

Your new account is being processed and cannot be used until our validation process is complete. Please wait for one hour after receiving an email confirmation before attempting to log in.

2. Your password was recently changed.

Your changes are still being processed. Please wait for one hour after receiving an email confirmation before attempting to log in.

3. You are using the wrong username and/or password.

If you recently changed your password make sure to clear your browser cache of old stored passwords. Or, go to the QAD Login screen to find the Forgot Password? or Forgot Username?  links and choose the options appropriate for your situation.  

4. Your account has been flagged as inactive.  

While on the QAD Login screen, select the Forgot Username?  link and fill it in - if your account has been flagged as inactive Forgot Username? will let you know.

It has been over an hour since I received a confirmation email, but I still cannot get in.

  • Clear your temporary internet files, cookies and stored passwords; close the browser; then open a new browser session to test.  

 

How did my account get locked?

  • If you make several failed attempts to log in your account is automatically locked for 30 minutes, after which time you can try again.

  • If none of the tips above apply to your situation it is possible that you are not using the correct username and password combination. Please use Forgot Username? and/or Forgot Password? to retrieve your account information.

 

Why do I have to wait for my account to become active?

After you register for a new account your request is matched to active business agreements between your company and QAD. The matching process is delayed if you did not enter a valid customer number and/or your email domain is not recognized by our system.
