Installing Using YAB
Configuring the Delivery Server
Follow these steps if you installed QAD CRM 6.7.2 using YAB:
1 Download the Customer Relationship Management Server (YAB) (crm-server-xrc-6.7.3.0) zip file from the QAD store or from QAD Release Fulfillment.
2 Move the file to a file system that is accessible from the UNIX host where your Enterprise Edition environment is installed.
3 Change to the directory where Enterprise Edition is installed.
cd directory
4 Unset the environment variables. Enter:
unset DLC
unset PROMSGS
unset PROTERMCAP
5 Enter:
yab install [ZIP FILE]
Example: yab install /dr01/crm-server-xrc-6.7.3.0.zip
If the build is not successful, contact QAD Support.
