Affected Versions
CRMS-205
CRM now allows you to specify a blank value in the Gender combo-box on the Contact Details tab and no longer displays an “Enter Gender (3121)” error when you try to save a record that has a blank Gender value.
Previously, in the above scenario, the blank value was not visible in the Gender combo-box and the error displayed prevented you from saving the record.
6.7.1
CRMS-206
When a ship-to address type is created for a profile in CRM, the All Profiles module now correctly transfers the ship-to name to the ERP when CRM–ERP integration is activated.
Previously, a blank ship-to name was sent from CRM to the ERP.
6.6.2+
CRMS-207
In CRM, Opportunity Line Details now displays the correct Net Price, Disc %, and List Price when a price list is defined for the customer and item in Price List Maintenance (1.10.1.1).
Previously, the Net Price, Disc %, and List Price from another price list were displayed.
6.5+
CRMS-208
The Opportunities module now correctly displays the sales person from ERP when:
- A sales order is created in Pending Invoice Maintenance (7.13.1)
- The user has the same name as the sales person in CRM
- CRM–ERP integration is activated
Previously, the user ID was displayed in the Opportunities module instead of the sales person name.
6.7.1
CRMS-209
The performance of the Profile Relationship module has been improved to handle a large number of profile relationships.
Previously, performance was slow when there was a large amount of data in the system.
6.7.1
CRMS-211
The All Profiles module now correctly displays an address after it has been modified for the first time in ERP after transfer from CRM and ERP–CRM integration is activated.
Previously, the modified address was correctly displayed only after the second modification.
6.7.1
CRMS-212
The Opportunity Line Details now display the correct Net Price, Disc %, and Margin% for a quote when you revisit the Quote line, even if the price list for the customer and item are not defined in Price List Maintenance (1.10.1.1) and the price is not defined in Item Master Maintenance (1.4.1).
Previously, incorrect Net Price and Disc % values were displayed.
6.7.1
CRM-4826
LDAP Authentication has been added to CRM so that it can be used in conjunction with QAD 2015 and 2016 EE LDAP user authentication.
6.7.1
