The EAM Maintenance Cost metric gives you a visual representation of your spending and lets you see where your costs are.

You can drill into the data by using the Break By option in the right-click menu. Labor Costs by Cost Center displays labor costs broken by cost center.

You can continue to drill into the data by selecting a cost center in the left column to view the labor costs associated with that cost center.
