Exercise: Close Cumulative Order
1 Use Cumulative Order Browse/Inquiry (18.22.7) to review the cumulative orders for your item.
2 Use Cumulative Order Maintenance (18.22.6) to end the effectivity of your cumulative order by setting the end effective date to yesterday.
3 Use Cumulative Order Close (18.22.10) to close the order. Set Transfer WIP to Yes and Update to Yes.
4 Use Post Accumulated Usage Variances (18.22.9) for your item and production line and review the report output.
Review Report
5 Use WIP Status Report (18.22.4.11) for your item. You should see a new cumulative order with the transferred WIP in the input queue.
Close Cumulative Order
6 Use Rep Operations Accounting Report (18.22.4.9) for the cumulative order ID that was effective yesterday. Review the report output.
