Lookup browses are much simpler than the browses on the menu. They are a form of on-line help and are attached to various fields in programs. You can use them to display all of the valid choices for the current field.

In the example, selecting the Sold-To lookup in Sales Order Maintenance launched a lookup browse of all customers.
