ISB Item Tracking History (11.3.22.5) is a report that provides the documented history of an Installed Base Item.

Data displayed relates only to a specific serial number or range of serial numbers.

The report includes the following document types and their relevant IDs for each serial number:

• Sales Order Shipments

• Shipper ID

• Sales Order ID (that the shipper pertains to)

• Call Activity

• Call ID

• Call Report ID

• RMA Receipts

• Receipt ID

• RMA ID (that the receipt pertains to)

• RMA Shipments

• Shipper ID

• RMA ID (that the shipper pertains to)

• RTS Shipments

• Shipper ID

• RTS ID (that the shipper pertains to)

• RTS Receipts

• Receipt ID

• RTS ID (that the receipt pertains to)

• ISB End User Move

• ISB Added

• ISB Deleted
