Charge Product Line Maintenance (11.21.21.5) allow you to drive financial activity to any set of accounts. You can also set up generic charge product lines by leaving all the key fields blank.When activity is recorded in CAR, the system searches for a charge product line using values associated with the call line and the usage detail record. Once a charge product line is found, the service accounts and cost of goods sold accounts defined for it in Product Line Maintenance are used for cost bookings.
