Reviewing Contract Financial Data
Use the following reports to view financial information about contracts:
• Deferred/Accrued Revenue Report (11.5.18.22) to view records created and updated by Revenue Recognition (11.5.18.21)
• Contract Cash Flow Report (11.5.13.21.1) to see the incoming cash to expect from contract billings
• Contract Deferred Income Report (11.5.13.21.2) provides information about deferred and accrued income for invoiced contracts when you are not using Revenue Recognition
• It is useful if you have contracts with a cash basis revenue type to see periodically how much revenue must be accrued and record, via a journal entry, as actual income
• Updates salesperson commission records, where appropriate
• Creates updated invoice history records
