Coverage Information
This screen displays all of the detail about the coverage limits currently applied to this line item. Only limits that are effective on the call open date display. These limits can be derived from a contract, service type, or warranty, as indicated in the header of the frame.
Limit Qualifier
Limits can be set up in three different ways: as a total record, by invoice sort, or by work/code service category combination. This column will display Total Limits in the first case. Otherwise, it will display the name of the invoice sort or work code/service category.
Amount
Displays the actual limit amount as defined for the service type or contract.
Used/Consumed
This field has a value only for contracts. As activity is recorded for an item with contract coverage, the quantity consumed against active limits is accumulated. the amount displayed in this column combines any amounts that have been used on open calls with any amounts that have actually been posted for call invoices.
List Price Limit
Displays the list price limit defined for the service type or warranty. If the price of an item to which this line applies exceeds this limit, it will not be covered even if all limits have not been consumed.
% Cv
Displays the level of coverage associated with this limit record.
