MRP (23.1, 23.2, and 23.3) performance can improve for sites that are enabled for the MSW/PSW. This is because the MRP functions have the ability to optionally create routing detail records for P(lanned) orders that are created. This option is controlled by the MRP Plan Order Routing Create field in the Workbench Control File (22.20.24). See Set Up Workbenches Controls.
