Reversing POD
POD Undo is used to correct mistakes made while recording POD against a shipper. POD Undo reverses the actions that the system performed during POD creation in POD Maintenance and returns the shipment to its pre-POD state.
POD Undo creates the same transactions as POD Maintenance but with negative quantities.
Important: Before you unconfirm a shipper for shipment that requires POD, ensure that you undo the POD first.
