The third important screen is Port Assignment. Make sure you assign the same high-availability port for each server. By default, this is port 1100. However, if other software components are installed on the server and may use this port, choose another unique port, such as 6100.

The clustering port is also important because it enables the JBoss servers to identify that they are in the same cluster. They connect to each other using port 45667. If you need to, you can change this port, but the port number must be the same for each server in the cluster.
