Input File
The partner data to screen needs to be submitted to the engine through a CSV file. The file contains the partner details and other parameter-related information.
Precision does not provide a tool to extract the partner database so you must produce the input file yourself. Input File Parameter Data displays the general system configuration to set up within the input file.

BatchReference
A unique reference to identify this particular batch run. It uniquely identifies the complete input file.
Reply To
The e-mail address where the results e-mail is sent after the scrub has run.
Keep History in TRAXi3
To review the results of the scrub after the check has run, you need to retain the compliance run details within the database. To store the history, set this value to YES. However, a large compliance history takes up database space.
Warning % name
Specify the percentage threshold above which you want the name check to pass with warning. However, if the DPL percentage returned is above the Fail % name, the check still fails. This setting overrides the COMPLIANCE category system value DPL_RUN_NAME_ISMATCH_WARN.
Warning % address
Specify the percentage threshold above which you want the address check to pass with warning. When the DPL percentage returned is above the Fail % address, the check still fails. This setting overrides the COMPLIANCE category system value DPL_RUN_ISMATCH_WARN.
Fail % name
Specify the percentage threshold above which you want the name check to fail. This setting overrides the COMPLIANCE category system value DPL_RUN_NAME_ISMATCH.
Fail % address
Specify the percentage threshold above which you want the address check to fail. This setting overrides the COMPLIANCE category system value DPL_RUN_ISMATCH.
Result Type
Set this value to Complete or Brief. The complete result contains more detailed information.
Input File contains the partner information that you can supply within the input file. Topic contains a sample layout of this file.

Reference
A unique reference, which is stamped on the results of the DPL run. This reference can be used to link the result back to the partner the check was run on.
Name
The full name of the partner.
Street
The street the partner resides on.
City
The city code where the partner resides.
State/Province
The state code where the partner resides.
Zip?Postal Code
The zip code associated with the partner address.
Country
The country ISO code where the partner resides.
Additional Reference 1
Use this field to enter an additional piece of information.
Additional Reference 2
Use this field to enter an additional piece of information.
Additional Reference 3
Use this field to enter an additional piece of information.
Note: No field is mandatory. However, you do need to specify an address or a name. It is best to specify as much information related to the partner as possible.
