Prerequisites
Before starting configuration, verify that you have an account to access the FTP server to retrieve content updates. The information you need includes:
• FTP server name
• Port
• User name
• Password
Note: When you connect to the server, you may need to add ftp.precisionsoftware.com to your list of trusted sites. You may also need to resolve other security settings.
When you verify that you can download content files, create a folder to store current and archived messages.
