When NOTIFY ON COMP UPDATE is set to Yes, the message is sent initially to Highway. The value is:

URL=http://localhost:8080/highway/http/SubmitMessage, ENDPOINT=SYNCH_IN,DEBUG=NO Modify the URL to reflect the machine name. From Highway, the message can be routed to another system. The default configuration writes messages to the target folder defined for the ACU_NOTIFY endpoint. In a Black Box environment, this message can be used to signal another system when the update begins. No checks are performed and when the update is finished, it is safe to send the message again.
