Data Integrity Check
The Data Integrity check validates the data on the transaction. For example, are the ISO country codes, commodity codes and commodity groups valid?
Data Integrity Check displays the following data integrity checks:
• Partner ISO code. This check is run at header level.
• Export commodity code. This check is run at item line level.
• Import commodity code. This check is run at item line level.
• Valid US ECCN Code. This check is run at item line level.
• Valid Export ECCN Code. This check is run at item line level.
• Valid Commodity Groups: This check is run at item level.
• Valid Commodity Codes: This check is run at item level.
The data integrity check passes only when all individual integrity checks pass. If any one data integrity check fails, then the Data Integrity check fails.
When you click one of these checks, the details associated with it display in the pane below it. For example, in
Data Integrity Check, the pane displays the details of each ISO code partner check. However, the other checks have failed and so the whole check fails.
