XG Sub-Option - Allowed Commodities/Products
This option allows you to specify products or commodities and the maximum values and quantities of these that can be used with the permit or guarantee. To open the XG sub-option, select the relevant license and click Allowed Commodities/Products.
To add a new product or commodity, click Add.

This field is read-only and defaults from the license.
License
This field is read-only and defaults from the license.
License Type
This field is read-only and defaults from the license.
Line Number
Enter a line number.
Product Code
If the permit or guarantee is issued for a particular product, enter the product code in this field.
Commodity Group
Enter the commodity group to which the product belongs.
Commodity Code
If the permit or guarantee is issued for a particular commodity, enter the product code in this field.
Intermediate Consignee/Ultimate Consignee
These fields are read-only and default from the license.
Licensed Value
If the permit or guarantee is issued for a particular value, enter the value in this field.
Consumed Value
This field is the total value of all transactions made against this permit/guarantee line. This field is read-only.
Currency
This field contains the currency of the license value.
Consumed Quantity
If the permit or guarantee is issued for a particular quantity, enter the quantity in this field.
Licensed Quantity
If the permit or guarantee is issued for a particular quantity, enter the quantity in this field.
Quantity UOM Type
This field contains the unit of measure type; for example, MASS, VOLUME, PROD.
Quantity UOM
This field contains the unit of measure associated with the license quantity; for example, Each, KG.
If the permit or guarantee covers multiple products or ECCNs, create multiple records.
