Explains the methods of notification and when you might expect to receive a notification.

The system can be configured to send e-mails when Compliance screening is run. It can generate e-mails based on the status of individual checks. For example, DPL failure can be sent to one address and Dual Use License failure to a different address. The e-mails can be sent to multiple addresses.

The system can also send e-mails when a user manually passes or fails a check, assigns the required licenses or permits, or completes a questionnaire. The e-mail includes a URL that provides access to the Results screen.

The system may also send XML messages to other systems based on the status of individual checks or the overall result.

When the overall compliance status of a transaction changes, the system can be configured to send an XML message to an external system.
