Chrono Expres
When the tracking number range expires, contact Chrono Expres to request a new tracking number range, specifying:
• Account number
• Company name and address
Configuring Tracking Number Range for Chrono Expres
Open option Y2 and find the current tracking number ranges. These ranges have the naming convention in Chrono Expres System Values, where [Internal ID] is the unique identifier that the Precision Content Group provides. If you are unsure about your [Internal ID] value, contact the Precision Content Group. Update the system values with your tracking numbers.
