GLS
There are two GLS tracking number ranges: one for Standard services, and one for Time Definite Delivery services. When the tracking number range expires, contact GLS to obtain a new tracking number range, specifying:
Account number
Company name and address
Standard Services or Time Definite Delivery Services
Configuring Tracking Number Range for GLS Standard Services
Open option Y2 and find the current tracking number ranges configured. These ranges have the naming convention in GLS Standard Services System Values, where [Internal ID] is the unique identifier that the Precision Content Group provides. If you are unsure about your [Internal ID] value, contact the Precision Content Group.

Note: The maximum length of a GLS number is 12 digits. If you receive a 12-digit tracking number, drop the last digit because it is a check digit, which PRECISION calculates at the time of shipping. If the range values are longer than 12 digits, contact the Precision Content Group.
Example: If GLS provides a tracking range 42850202001 to 42850212000 for Internal ID A9905, configure it as displayed in GLS Standard Services System Values Example. If GLS provides a tracking range 428502020015 to 428502120009, configure the range in the same way, omitting the check digit at the end.
