EOD Manifest
Use the EOD Manifest screen to group or batch shipments so that they are ready for collection from your packing location by the carrier. Carriers can collect shipments from your packing location a number of times each day, not just at the end of the day. EOD Manifest Task shows the EOD Manifest task.
Important: You can run the EOD Manifest task from Workflow or as an option. The option is SPSEOD. To access from the menu, choose Transportation Management|EOD Manifest.
Note: You can only run EOD manifest on shipments that have been manifested using the Manifest task.

EOD Manifest Task

Use the EOD Manifest panel to search for batches containing a particular group of shipments.
Packing Location
The packing location associated with the shipments.
Carrier
The carrier associated with the shipments during the Manifest task.
Locale

<Constraint 1>, <Constraint 2>, <Constraint 3>
Constraints allow you to specify criteria that must be satisfied before a shipment is considered for a batch. These fields allow you to create an EOD batch using a subset of shipments that are going out with a particular carrier and from one packing location. These constraint fields allow you to filter shipments using criteria configured by your administrator. In the example in EOD Manifest Task, the constraints are the ID numbers of trailers on which shipments have been loaded. You can enter the number of the specific trailer that you want to run EOD Manifest on. The constraint fields available depend on your system configuration.
To create a batch for the location and carrier criteria specified in the EOD Manifest Panel, click Create. To see options for creating a batch for all carriers at the selected location or for all carriers and all locations, click the arrow to the right of Create.
