Bernhard Soltmann is QAD’s VP of Business Consulting and one of the founders of the Supplier Management solution now known as QAD SRM. Previously, he was the managing director of Allocation Network GmbH, a best-in-class solution provider for strategic sourcing and supplier management based in Munich, Germany. QAD acquired Allocation in 2020, and has since incorporated its sourcing, supplier management and procurement systems into its Supplier Relationship Management portfolio to allow customers to eliminate off-contract buying, increase purchasing power and boost cost savings.
