Charles serves as QAD's Chief Product Officer and has spent the last 30 years as a product and strategy leader for both software and services providers. Prior to joining QAD in April 2022, he was the Chief Product and Strategy Officer for defi SOLUTIONS and before that with Sagent Lending Technologies and Fiserv. Charles spent more than 15 years at Accenture where he was a Managing Director.
