Elaine leads the Global Services Standards team, responsible for the creation, support and expansion of QAD’s Effective on Boarding methodology across QAD’s ever expanding portfolio of products. With a background in supply chain, manufacturing and program management, she has been working for QAD for 25 years and was a QAD customer prior to joining the company. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and can regularly be found working as paddock marshal at her local motorsport circuit.
