Luc Janssen is Vice President of research and development (R&D) at QAD, leading all product management and product engineering activities. He is passionate about providing valuable enterprise software solutions for manufacturing and supply chain for global operating companies. Luc holds a MSc degree in electromechanical engineering, a postgraduate degree in industrial management and is APICS certified in CPIM. Before joining the software industry, Luc held operational roles in manufacturing and supply chain, and he still loves to visit factories and discuss supply chain planning challenges. In his free time, and when not spending time with his family, he enjoys being out in nature : hiking, mountaineering and winter expeditions.
