Copy PM Template to Equipment
If you have multiple pieces of equipment and you need to create similar PM templates for each of them, you can duplicate a PM template and associate it with multiple pieces of equipment. This action, called Copy to Equipment, saves you time and ensures data integrity.
Follow these steps to duplicate a PM template and associate it to another piece of equipment:
1 Open the PM template browse.
2 Highlight the PM template and select Copy to Equipment from the PM Template Action menu.
3 A lookup window opens. Double-click to select the piece of equipment.
4 The new PM template is created.
