At the beginning of the Call Invoice Recording screen sequence, a summary screen displays. This summary is intended to give a brief, high-level overview of activity in CAR and the invoice amounts that have resulted from it. This is only a summary, and does not include all relevant information. To fully understand how the summary was built, you must view the detailed information.

If an invoice was not generated from Call Activity Recording, entering the summation screen generates invoices for any call line items that are complete or closed and have invoiceable reports.
