All Channel Islands users and roles must be set up in the QAD .NET UI. Users are set up through User Maintenance (36.3.1), and roles are defined in Role Create (36.3.6.1). For detailed information, see

After you create a role in the .NET UI, the role’s permissions should be configured through Role Permissions in the Channel Islands UI. See
