Caching and Multiple Machines
If you change a system value and you are running Precision on more than one machine, it is important to clear the cache on the correct machine. If you are using a load balancer that switches between machines, it can be difficult to identify which cache you should clear. To make sure you clear the correct cache, take note of the URL that appears when you update the system value and when you clear the cache; these URLs should be the same.
To clear the cache manually:
1 Enter admin in the QuickPath option field and press Enter or click GO. Alternatively, choose System Settings|Administration from the left menu.
2 On the Cache tab, click Clear System Value Cache.
