Generally, carriers supply rates in Excel files. If the LTL rates files provided by the carrier are not in the specified format, you must map the columns in the Excel file to the required format. Use LTLFM2 to edit the file, as displayed in LTLFM2. You must map the minimum charge to the value in the Min Charge Floor field.

When you have completed the fields, click the green check mark. This step produces a text file that is correctly formatted for upload.
