Desktop Shipping allows you to create small parcel shipments using a wizard. The wizard ensures that you follow your organization’s process for creating shipments. This chapter describes the possible steps that you can go through when creating a shipment. To open Desktop Shipping, on the left menu, choose Transportation Management|Desktop Shipping or enter SHDTS in the QuickPath option on the home page.
