To enter details of the products in the shipment, use the products step. To view this page, in the Package Details section of the Origin/Destination step, select Multiple Packages. On the Package Details section, set the Package(s) Contains field to Product/Commodities before moving to the next screen. Products Step displays the Products screen, which is divided into the Product Details and Products areas.
