RF Menus
The following subsections describe the RF menu options.
Work Menu
The Work menu contains options for accessing and confirming tasks, RF transfer, location audits, Kanban scans, activating engines, selecting pre-shipper tasks, PO receipts, item descriptions, and online SO picking.

Printing Menu
The Printing menu contains options for changing printer options and requesting reprints of tags, IDs, and so on. You can only change your printers from this option if they have been defined at the user/work location group level. You cannot change the printers for another user or for the entire work location group.

Picking/Container Menu
The Picking/Container Menu contains sales order only picking, all order picking, container build, container move, ship truck, and pallet explosion options.

Inspection Menu
The Inspection Menu provides one option that lets you maintain and enter sample details during inspection, indicate pass or fail of inspection, and indicate if failed items should be returned.

RF users can access the RF Inquiries (5) option to view several inquiries, including the following:

5.1
Item Inv Inq
Provides inventory data for a single, scanned item in location(s), including the item, location, quantity, reference, expected in/out quantities, and item description. If more data displays than can fit in the RF screen, users can use the arrow keys to scroll through the list. Two screens are presented, with the second screen displaying a list of locations in the warehousing having inventory (quantity) for this item.

Loc Inv Inq
Provides inventory data for one scanned location. User can select an item present in this location and see details of each Lot/Ref, and expected in/out movements.

Ref Inv Inq
Provides inventory of a single, scanned reference. System presents a list of items (option 1) or locations (option 2) if the reference is multi-item or multi-location. User has ability to scroll through the items (option 1) or through the locations (option 2) and view details of the reference, including expected in/out movements. If there is more than one reference for the item, the user can scroll through different locations using arrow keys.

Lot Inv Inq
Provides inventory data of a single scanned lot ID. System presents a list of items (option 1) or locations (option 2) if this lot is multi-item or multi-location. User has ability to scroll through the items (option 1) or through the locations (option 2) and see the details of this Lot, including expected in/out movements. If there is more than one lot for the item, users can scroll through different locations using arrow keys.

Daily Prod
Lets the user see his or her own daily productivity, including completed tasks, picks done, time by task, last location worked, current location working, and productivity time total.
5.6
Preshipper Inq
For a selected Pre-Shipper (scanned by user), the system provides the remaining opened tasks and information for each pending task.
5.7
Item Master Inq
Provides basic date from Item Master Maintenance on the item scanned.
5.8
Loc Master Inq
Provides data about the location when RF users scan a location code, including the location ID, SLG, WLG, storage type, percentage full, and whether the location is functional or not.
5.9
Sto Loc Gp Inq
Provides data about the location when RF users scan an SLG, including the settings for these SLG-related fields: Allow Issues, Allow Receipts, Splittable, Pickable, Allow Incoming Receipt, Allow Outgoing Receipts, and Picking Level.
5.10
Address Inq
Provide address data when RF users scan an address bar code, including the address, type, name, city, state, post, country and priority.
