Aidan McCullen is a reinvention and transformation expert and the author of Undisruptable: A Mindset of Permanent Reinvention for Individuals, Organisations and Life (Wiley). He is the creator and host of The Innovation Show, a weekly podcast with more than 670 episodes over ten years featuring leading thinkers on innovation, leadership and change, and winner of the Thinkers50 Innovation Award 2025. Aidan is the founder of the Reinvention Summit and lectures on emerging technology at Trinity College Business School. A former Ireland rugby international with Dax, Toulouse, Leinster and London Irish, he draws on a career shaped by injury, rejection and rebuilding to show leaders how breakdowns become breakthroughs.
