Hello, 

I have this issue in support, where the customer is asking the following:

upgraded Office 2003 to 2007 and CRM 6.5. Is there a way to convert .doc
templates to .docx. 

Also would like to know how to default the document save location to a standard location on a network drive other then the C drive for each user.
