Approval Configuration question

Hello,

I'm trying to understand if (and how) I can add a new business component to the approval configuration list.

Once I try to flag one business component as "Approvals", I got the error message that the Business Component does not have the Approval configuration (please see below)




And when I go to the Approval Configuration Menu, it simply does not allow to create a new configuration. (please see print below):



I'm using the QAD AUX 2019 version in PC 5.0.
the user have all the permissions/rights to edit, etc...

Can someone help me to understand how I can create a new approval configuration process (or if it is possible to?)
