You can't.  QAD does not keep a history of who creates or changes a WO.  in the wo_mstr you can see who made the last change, but that could be anyone who went into 16.1 and just pressed enter all the way through without changing anything

Depending on your version you can setup an audit system. Check the manual from "Security and Controls", see hyperlink chapter 8..

They contain facts about changes made in the databases. A typical audit record includes information that helps you identify who made a change, which program made the change, when the change was made, and what the change was.
