Why when generating a WO does not take all the numbers of necessary item?

Exxample: 

When I create a WO for the part# QAD0001 which is compound with the EMP002 everything looks good. But then when I review the structure of WO

the EMP002 does no appear in as a component of the order. 

 

QAD is not sending back a error message. I´ve done the next actions to try to fix it but it has no working. 

-Validate the structure of the part# 

-Erase the part# and create it again. 

Note: 

-This is affecting to all the WO which contains the EMP002 in its structure.

Is the EMP002 issue policy set to yes (if no, should appear as floor stock)? 

Is the product structure start effectivity date of EMP002 earlier then the WO release date?

Is the QAD0001 purchase/manufacure code set to m?

Was the WO previously printed (select reprint picked quantities)?

You can check above assumption in menu 13.8.16/17.

I agree with John.  Go to 1.4.17 and check if EMP002 is set as floor stock (Issue Policy = NO).  Also check to see if it is set up as a phantom (phantom = YES).

As you say it happens for all WO's that contain the component EMP002 it is likely one of the above.  If it was just affecting one or two parts then I would do some other checks.
